Mechanical Performance:

  1. Adhesive Force Testing (180˚Peeling Off Strength)
    1. Testing Method
      1. Take10mm (Width) X 0.1mm (Thick) Copper Foil, First, wipe the surface.
then heat press the copper foil and the testing film 100mm at least
using the heat roll of FFC machine. Remain 20mm open on the end
for extending into ihe clip of the testing equipment (Automatic
        Inserting and Pulling Tooling).
        REV A Flexible Flat Cable
      2. Heat Press Condition: Heat Roll Temperature 150¡æ (Actual Testing). Heat
Roll Press Force 4Kg/cm2 (Setting The Press Of The Cylinder). Heat Press
        Speed 1.0m/min.
      3. Fix the sample Into the automatic inserting and pulling tooling. 180¡ã
Peel Off The Sample Completely Keep 50mm/min speed. The adhesive
force (180¡ãPeel Off Strength) Is the maximum value.
    2. Testing Result
      1. PET Film to Conductor: 0.3 kgf/10mm over
      2. PET Film to PET Film: 1.2 kgf/10mm over (Peel Off or Break Off)
  2. Film to Conductor Adhesive Force Testing (Peel Off Strength)
    1. Testing Method
      1. Take cconductor and 43¦Ìm thickness film. Touch the film to one
side of the conductor and separate them using thin paper on the
other side of the conductor. Then Heat Press The Film and the
conductor 100mm At Least Using The Heat Roll of FFC machine.
Remain 20mm open on the end for extending Into the clip of the
Testing Equipment (Automatic Inserting and Pulling Tooling).
      2. Heat Press Condition: Heat Roll Temperature 125¡æ~130¡æ (Actual
Testing). Heat Roll Press Force 2.8Kg/cm2 (Setting The Press of The
        Cylinder). Heat Press Speed 1.0m/min.
      3. Fix the sample into the automatic inserting and pulling tooling. 180¡ã
Peel off the sample completely keep 50mm/min speed. The adhesive
force (180¡ãPeel Off Strength) Is The Maximum Value.
