  2. Dielectric Strength

      Testing Condition: AC 500V / 1minute
      One conductor next to one conductor
    2. Testing Result: no wear out or short
  3. Insulation Resistance
    1. Testing Method: Use Insulation Resistance Testing Equipment
      Testing Condition: DC 500V / 1minute
      One Conductor Next to one conductor
    2. Testing Result: Over 1000 M./m
  4. Pull-Out Test
    1. Testing Method: Use Automatic Inserting and Pulling Tooling or Manual Tooling.
      Continually Pull-Out 20 Times Mating each pitch LIF Type FFC /
      FPC Connector.
    2. Testing Result: Don’t allow the Conduct Turn Up, Peel Off or Exposure Copper
      After Pulling-out 20Times.

    2. Testing Result: Pass 7.1 And PET Film Adhesive Side no Peel off After
      Reciprocating Test 100,000Times (or According to Customer
      Requirement).
  7. Abrasion Resistance
    1. Testing Method: Use abrasimeter Equipment
      Testing Condition: The Diameter of The Testing Bar is 0.5mm
      (Testing Bar End Must Be Smooth) Load 600g, Speed: 60
      Cycles/min, Course: 10mm (Show As Illustration)
    2. Testing Result: Don’t Allow PET Film Damage Lead to Leak Electricity
      Reciprocating Test After 10,000 times.
